BLOOMIN FEST NON-PROFIT VENDOR
Non profit vendors may sell non-food related products at the event. If your Non-profit organization plans to sell food products, you will be recategorized as a Food Truck/Food Vendor. The regular Food Vendor fees will apply.
Non-Profit organizations must provide their 501 (c) (3) certification to receive the discounted Non-Profit Vendor Fee.
Participants must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, and electricity. All vendor booths must have a canopy that is no larger than 10 ft x10 ft. Canopies are required to be secured with canopy weights to prevent the hazard of being windblown, causing bodily injury.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE
Online Payments will incur a 5% processing fee that's included in the total amount charged.
$95 Payment + 5% online processing fee ($4.75) = $99.75 Total

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given for cancellation of the event due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond the organizers control.
Your space is reserved once your payment is received. We will send an email confirmation to you confirming your space as a 2023 Bloomin' Fest™ vendor. The email will also contain the Vendor Rules & Regulations, and Vendor Indemnification Form.
