ALL VENDOR TYPES WELCOME

WE WELCOME SEASONED VENDORS & INVITE NEW PARTNERS. JOIN US FOR OUR ANNUAL JULY 4TH FESTIVAL ON SATURDAY JULY 1, 2023. THANK YOU FOR CONTINUING TO PARTNER WITH US AS WE ORGANIZE THIS EXCITING FESTIVAL FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY! ADMISSION IS FREE TO THE PUBLIC 

FOOD VENDORS: COMPLETE & SUBMIT THE FORM BELOW.

FOOD VENDORS MUST ALSO SUBMIT A FOOD PERMIT TO THE COBB & DOUGLAS PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THE FOOD PERMIT APPLICATION FEE IS $60. INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED AND YOUR EVENT FEES ARE PAID.  


NON FOOD VENDORS:

REMEMBER: YOU PAY A ONE-TIME VENDOR FEE AND KEEP 100% OF THE SALES REVENUE!

FOOD TRUCKS & FOOD VENDORS

All food vendors will be inspected by Cobb & Douglas Public Health Department (unless licensed through the GA Dept. of Agriculture).

ARTISAN/REGULAR VENDOR

$150

All vendors except those categorized as non-profit or food vendors.

NON-PROFIT VENDORS

$95

Includes vendors who represent a non-profit organization. Proof of non-profit designation such as a 501(c) (3) certification must be submitted with application.
